Modem Wood Technology & Co. Ltd is a private limited liability Company established under the Companies Code, Act 179 of 1963 as a foreign owned Company in 7th June 2000.
Modem Wood Technology & Co. Ltd is situated at Kaase industrial area in Kumasi on plot No. 20, Blk. Q near Guinness (Gh.) Limited.
It is a medium -Size Company dedicated to high quality, excellent and profitable downstream processing of wood into finished and semi-finished products for both local and international market.

Modem Wood Technology & Co. Ltd is to become a center of excellence in downstream processing of Wood into Value Added wood products for both local and foreign markets.
OUR MISSION:
Modem Wood Technology And Co. Ltd mission is to provide quality, fit for purpose wood products mainly for export and also to support the Construction and Furniture manufacturing Industries locally.
Even though the company was established in 2000 it was not until 2001 that production and first export was made. Since then the company has been doing well year after year from initial export of Thirty One (31) Containers in 2001 to One Hundred And Thirty Three (133) Containers of various wood products in 2006.
These notable achievements were made as a result of sound management of Mr. Italo Alberti (Managing Director) who is a Wood Technologist and supported by highly experienced management team.
MODE OF OPERATION:
Modem Wood Technology & Co. Ltd has a modern administrative block, a clinic and Canteen as well as Sanitary facilities for its workers.
It has two big open shed to house the production lines. A separate transport Section as well as 10 chamber Kiln Dryers with a total drying Capacity of about 500m3.

We also produce all kinds of mouldings to meet customer Specifications.
Our monthly average product capacity is fifteen (15) containers and is mainly exported to Italian and European ports.
