Consar Limited has won 8 (eight) major contracts among many others this year 2010, to construct:

1) A six Storey Students Hostel for Christian Service University College, a private University in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region. The Building which has shops, a modern gym and a lift when completed will house over 200 students, the project which started on 7th July is scheduled to be completed in 12 months.

2) Wa Regional Library, an 18 months contract with a floor area of about 2024 square meters which
consists of an Adult Library, Storey telling Area, Conference room and Offices.

3) Upgrading and Rehabilitation of the Tamale Regional Hospital which when completed will become the third Teaching Hospital in Ghana. The project started on 15th May, 2010 and is scheduled to be completed within 24 months.

4) Oil and Gas Project
Construction of a Well Testing Facility in Takoradi, for Expro Takoradi Base Ghana in Western Region, the facility comprises of a House extension, workshop and offices for staff. The project commenced in January 2010.

5) Construction and Completion of a Two Storey Library Complex for Kofi Annan International Peace keeping Training Centre (KAIPTC), Teshie, Accra, Ghana. The project started in July 2010 and is scheduled to be completed within 12 months.

6) Two Storey Classroom Block and Extension of Students Hostel for SOS Village, Community 6, Tema which started on 24th September, 2010 and would be completed within 9 months.

7) Consar Limited was also awarded a Contract to Construct a District Hospital at Bekwai. The Hospital Project to be built on an estimated area of about 28900m2 started on 18th August and expected to finish within 14 months. The Project when completed will have so many blocks of facilities such as an Administration Block, Accident and Emergency Theatre, Maternity, Mortuary, Physiotherapy, 3-Bedroom detached and 2-Bedroom semi-detached Housing Facility, to mention a few.
